  • 1 Baguette
  • 200 grams Brie
  • 2 Pears
  • 20 Walnut Halves
  • Honey
In This Recipe


  1. First of all, slice a baguette. I prefer quite thin slices.
  2. Put the slices of brie on top, then sliced pear and top it up with a walnut half and micro herbs if used.
  3. Drizzle some honey on top.
  4. Serve with white wine, grapes and/or olives.
