Author Notes: Brie, pear and walnut is a very classical combination.
A drizzle of honey makes it even better! But when you put all that on a slice of freshly baked French baguette – it’s heavenly delicious!
Pour yourself a glass of white and enjoy these Brie Pear and Walnut Bites! —Kirill Greidan
- 1 Baguette
- 200 grams Brie
- 2 Pears
- 20 Walnut Halves
- First of all, slice a baguette. I prefer quite thin slices.
- Put the slices of brie on top, then sliced pear and top it up with a walnut half and micro herbs if used.
- Drizzle some honey on top.
- Serve with white wine, grapes and/or olives.
