Brie, pear and walnut is a very classical combination.
A drizzle of honey makes it even better! But when you put all that on a slice of freshly baked French baguette – it’s heavenly delicious!

200 grams
Brie

Walnut Halves

Honey
Directions

First of all, slice a baguette. I prefer quite thin slices.

Put the slices of brie on top, then sliced pear and top it up with a walnut half and micro herbs if used.

Drizzle some honey on top.

Serve with white wine, grapes and/or olives.
