Author Notes

Summer is almost here and we need to keep on top of our wellbeing. Very crucial part of it is to stay hydrated. My problem is that I do not really like just plain water.
Juices and soft drinks contain huge amount of sugar so it’s best to avoid them. But you can flavour your water and get a really nice drink with no extra calories or anything else to worry about.
The Cucumber and Mint Flavoured Water is a perfect solution for someone like me.
Easy healthy and delicious! —Kirill Greidan

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 5 sprigs Mint
  • 1 liter Spring Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
Directions
  1. First of all, wash the cucumber and slice it any way you want. Just make sure your pieces fit into the glass jar/bottle that you are going to use.
  2. Put the cucumber, mint and pinch of salt (if using) into the jar/bottle and pour the water over it.
  3. Keep in a fridge. When you finish the bottle, reuse the cucumber and mint for up to 2 – 3 times by just adding more water.
