Crackers...crunchy, tasty... Often helps us to snack something before lunch, for branch, till we watching TV or we want to serve something with glass of wine and some smokey cheese...But often crackers witch we by at markets are to salty, have to much added "numbers", to much fat. Maybe these crackers are not so perfect, but it is much healthier (and tastier) choice then that purchasable you eat just now while you try to read this erroneous English letter I try to write. —Sasha

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 400 grams buckwheat flour
  • 200 grams corn flour
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 125 grams butter
  • 100 milliliters white wine
  • 100 milliliters oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 grams sesame seeds
  • 50 grams sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams linseed
  • 2 tablespoons minced rosemary
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and make a dough. Roll it out close by 0,5 cm thick. Cut a crackers by knife or use your favorite mold. Lay it on baking tray covered with baking paper and bake it for about 10 to 15 minutes at preheated oven at 160°C. Be cautious, crackers need to be more dried than baked.
