Mango-Avocado Salad with Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, and Honey

Quick and healthy riff on caprese for any time on a hot day. Lovely with a glass of rosé. —Alyce Morgan

What You'll Need
  • 4 Slices each: ripe avocado, ripe mango, fresh mozzarella
  • 4 Basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper mixed together
  1. Layer the avocado, mango, and mozzarella a la caprese salad. Tuck the fresh basil leaves in next to the mozzarella slices. Drizzle with honey and then sprinkle the honey with salt and pepper. Serve immediately at room temperature.
