Author Notes: Updated version of the Pina Colada. Featuring pineapple jalapeno mixers.Marina Pia Goldi

Serves: 1

  • 3 ounces Pineapple Jalapeno WolfMoon Mixer
  • 1 ounce Jamaica Rum
  • 1 ounce Coconut Creamer
  1. Combine all ingredients and shake with ice.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with two pineapple leafs.
  3. (if you don't want to purchase a wolfmoon mixer you can make pineapple jalapeno juice by blending pineapple chunks in blender add a tablespoon of honey. cut up jalapeno and remove seeds, start with a few slices in blender and continue to add for desired spiciness. strain into jar and store in fridge for later use.)
