Author Notes: gluten-free, no bake, raw, soy free, oil-free, 4 ingredientsPatrica

Makes: 12 balls

  • 1/2 cup raw soaked overnight cashews
  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 8 dates
  • 2 limes
  1. Zest the two limes and squeeze the juice out of them.
  2. Add all of the ingredients (including the lime zest and juice) to the food processor and pulse until a stick dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into 12 balls.
