Makes 12 balls
- 1/2 cup raw soaked overnight cashews
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 8 dates
- 2 limes
- Zest the two limes and squeeze the juice out of them.
- Add all of the ingredients (including the lime zest and juice) to the food processor and pulse until a stick dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 12 balls.
