Author Notes

"When life give you lemons, make lemonade, freeze it in an ice cube tray and then put them into a glass of rosé." You've heard that old saying, right?! I like to add some frozen strawberries too. They look pretty and you get a little snack when your wine is all gone.

I first shared this recipe with the Rachael Ray Show on Facebook Live. Hope you enjoy it! —Grant Melton

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 cups lemonade
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 bottle of rosé
Directions
  1. Pour the lemonade into an ice cube tray and freeze.
  2. Cut the stems from the strawberries and place them onto a parchment-lined sheet tray. Freeze.
  3. To serve, place a few lemonade ice cubes and a couple frozen strawberries into a big wine glass and top with some chilled rosé.
