Author Notes: If you’re looking for a simple stress free appetizer for a get together with friends then look no further. This cucumber, cottage cheese and smoked salmon delight is super easy, really delicious and so inexpensive to make, there’s no reason not to give it a try. —Nikki Brown
- 1 piece cucumber
- 20 teaspoons cottage cheese
- 100 grams smoked salmon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Slice the cucumber into 20 slices.
- Add a teaspoon of cottage cheese on top of each slice of cucumber then a small slice of smoked salmon.
- Finish off with a sprinkle of paprika then enjoy!
