A delightful cocktail, composed of equal parts champagne and grapefruit juice. Named after its founder, M. Sheppard. Garnished with raspberries, and popular on the east coast of the United States. —Madison & Finley

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2.5 ounces Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • 2.5 ounces Grapefruit Juice
  • 3 pieces Raspberries
Directions
  1. Pour champagne (or sparkling wine) and grapefruit juice into flute glass.
  2. Garnish with raspberries.
  3. Serve chilled.
