  • Makes 5 cups
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 6 ounces blackberries
  • 2 large bannanas
  • 1 large apple
  • 1/2 cup water
In This Recipe
  1. Add blueberries, blackberries and water to a 6 cup blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Slowly add the bananas in first, then the apple. Continue to blend until there is a smooth consistency.
