Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds Lamb riblets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons (optional) Fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a baking dish or sheet pan arrange the ribs and season with all of the ingredients. Use your hands to cover all of the meat.
  3. Roast for 45 minutes (give or take 5-10 minutes, depending on how meaty the ribs are).

I just made this recipe, and it's delicious! I Shortened the cook time a bit.
I'm curious about the number of people this recipe will serve.
I have a little over one pound and that is only four ribs, so there would be only two more ribs in 1.5 lbs.
When I make pork ribs I generally plan on 1lb per person.
