- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 3 dried figs
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 3/4 cup nut milk
- 1 packet collagen peptides (optional)
- banana slices
- more tahini
- sesame seeds
- chia seeds
- Blend all of the smoothie ingredient until smooth (about 2 minutes)
- Top with banana, tahini, sesame seeds and chia seeds. Enjoy!
