Serves 16 (4oz per serving)
cups cooked chickpeas
cups cooked red beets
cups tahina (sesame butter)
cup fresh garlic
tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
tablespoons lemon juice
teaspoon ground cumin
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Refrigerate to store.
