Wild caught salmon baked with ginger, soy sauce, and spices, then placed in ciabatta bread with creamy homemade tartar sauce. —Dash of Amy
Ingredients
- Salmon

wild caught salmon filets

1 tablespoon
olive oil

2 tablespoons
soy sauce

2 teaspoons
cooking sherry

1-2 tablespoons
minced ginger (organic in the jar is good)

1 teaspoon
Mrs. Dash garlic & herb

1 teaspoon
Mrs. Dash onion & herb

1 teaspoon
parsley

1/2-1 teaspoons
salt

1/4 teaspoon
black pepper
- Tartar Sauce

2 tablespoons
onions
-
2 tablespoons
pickles
-
3/4 cup
mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon
salt

1/4 teaspoon
black pepper
Directions
- Salmon

Place fish in a greased baking pan and pour olive oil, soy sauce, and sherry over the top.

Spread ginger over the top, then sprinkle with the seasonings.

Cover with foil, and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until fish is cooked through.
- Tartar Sauce

Place onions and pickles in a food processor, and finely chop.

Transfer to a small bowl and add mayo, salt, and pepper.

Spread sauce on both sides of a ciabatta roll (or bread of your choice).

Top with the fish, lettuce, and sliced tomato.
