Author Notes: This vegetarian pizza is packed with flavor. The dough is topped with a sour cream and garlic mixture, then spinach, tomatoes, banana peppers, and cheese!Dash of Amy

Makes: 8 pieces

  • 1 dough ball
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pkg frozen spinach, cooked and well strained
  • 24 black olives, sliced in half
  • 1/3 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mediterranean herb crumbled feta cheese
  1. Heat oven to 425*.
  2. Roll dough out and place on a round, greased pizza sheet.
  3. In a small bowl mix together sour cream, garlic, basil, oregano, and 1/2 tsp salt; spread over the pizza dough evenly.
  4. Scatter the spinach evenly over the pizza, then the olives, banana peppers, and tomatoes.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes until cheese starts to brown, and crust is golden brown.
