- 1 cup Teasäne Lose Wellness Tea
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 2 ounces Raw cacao
- 1/2 teaspoon Chia seeds
- 1 Sliced banana, frozen
- 2 tablespoons Organic almond butter
- Brew 1.5g of Teasane Lose Tea in 8oz. of water and let cool.
- Place the bananas, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut milk and cacao in a blender and mix well until mixture becomes smooth.
- Add the Lose tea once it has cooled and blend together.
