This healthy sweet green smoothie is jam-packed with protein, carbohydrates, and fiber making it a “sweet” way to get your morning started.
The sweet green vegetable smoothie is: gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, sweet, thick, crisp, flavorful, icy, and refreshing. —Lorally B.
Makes 48 ounces
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 tablespoons Protein Shake Mix
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 6 dates, pitted
- 1.5 cups unsweetened unflavored almond milk
- 1.5 cups fresh spinach
- 1 granny smith apple, cored, chopped, 1" pieces
- Place ingredients in the blender in the following order: ice, frozen banana, protein powder, greens balance, tahini, dates, almond milk, fresh spinach, and green apple. Blend all ingredients in a blender on high, until creamy and smooth, about 1 minute.
