cans chick peas, reserve the liquid from one can

1/3 cup
lemon juice

1/3 cup
sour cream

garlic cloves

1 1/2 teaspoons
salt

black pepper

1/2 teaspoon
cumin

1 tablespoon
olive oil

1/2 teaspoon
paprika

1/2 teaspoon
Mrs. Dash onion & herb

1/2 teaspoon
Mrs. Dash garlic & herb

1/2 teaspoon
Badia garlic & parsley
Directions

Place the chick peas, reserved liquid, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin in the blender and mix until creamy.

Pour hummus into a medium bowl, and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with paprika, and Mrs. Dash seasonings.

Chill for an hour or two; serve with pita bread or tortilla chips.
