Choconani breakfast smoothie

Author Notes: I have a portable blender at my desk at work, and I make this, or a variation of it in the morning, and sip it while going through my e-mails.
It is almost like having liquid chocolate pudding for breakfast!

Serves: 1


  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vegan pea protein
  • 1 teaspoon honey (omit it banana is very ripe)
  • 3/4 cup plant milk - I alternate almond, or hazelnut, soy.. etc.
  • about a loose handful of spinach
  • dash of cinnamon

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blitz.
