I have a portable blender at my desk at work, and I make this, or a variation of it in the morning, and sip it while going through my e-mails.

Ingredients

banana

2 tablespoons
rolled oats

1 teaspoon
cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon
chia seeds
-
1 teaspoon
vegan pea protein

1 teaspoon
honey (omit it banana is very ripe)

3/4 cup
plant milk - I alternate almond, or hazelnut, soy.. etc.

about a loose handful of spinach
-
dash of cinnamon
Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blitz.
