This Organic bread is gluten free and great for breakfast with nut butter.

Ingredients

1 cup
organic walnuts

1/2 cup
organic almond butter

1/4 cup
organic almond flour

2 tablespoons
organic chia seed

1 teaspoon
baking soda
-
1/2 teaspoon
Himalayan

large organic eggs

1/4 cup
organic maple syrup

1 tsp
organic cider vinegar

1 teaspoon
organic cinnamon

1 teaspoon
organic ginger

large organic eggs

1/4 cup
organic maple syrup

1 teaspoon
organic vanilla

1 teaspoon
organic cider vinegar

1/2 cup
organic raisins
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 7" X 4" pan

In a food processor add walnuts and blend until crumbly then add all dry ingredients and bend.

Add remaining ingredients ( except for raisins ) and blend until smooth.

Pour into pan and sprinkle raisins on top and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
