Makes: 1 cup
cup tomato juice
apple, cut in small pieces
- Place limes wedges, fresh spearmint leaves, apple and sugar into a 8-oz glass.
- Macerate them well with a muddler in order to extract the lime juice and apple juice.
- Stir in tomato juice and white rum or vodka and fill the glass with ice.
- Serve it with a skewer of tomatoes and spearmint. Personally, I even chose to have some cashews as a side snack.
