Ingredients
- Pasta Salad

bowtie pasta

1 cup
kalamata olives, halved

1/2 cup
oil packed sundried tomatoes, chopped

14 ounces
can artichoke hearts, chopped

1/2 cup
pine nuts

2 teaspoons
salt

1/2 teaspoon
black pepper

fresh basil leaves, chopped

1/4 cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2-3 tablespoons
balsamic glaze
- Balsamic Dressing

1/4 cup
olive oil
-
1/4 cup
balsamic vinegar

Directions
- Pasta Salad

Cook the pasta according to package directions; strain it and place in a large mixing bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients except the Parmesan cheese, and balsamic glaze.
- Balsamic Dressing

Whisk ingredients together until blended and thickened.

Pour over the pasta salad, and then drizzle the top with balsamic glaze.

Sprinkle fresh Parmesan cheese over the top.
