Ingredients

medium beet, raw

a handful
fresh strawberries

150 milliliters
soy milk (or any plant milk)

ripe banana

medjool date
-
1 scoop
vegan chocolate protein powder

1 teaspoon
unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder (optional)

a few spoonfuls
soy or coconut yogurt
Directions

chop + blend the ingredients.
peel the beet and chop into small pieces. halve strawberries, if large. pit the date.
add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

serve!
place a dollop of yogurt on the bottom of each glass. pour the smoothie in, add more yogurt on top and swirl using a skewer or a knife. top with some extra cocoa or cacao powder and enjoy!
