Makes: 2 20cl glasses
Prep time: 5 min
medium beet, raw
milliliters soy milk (or any plant milk)
vegan chocolate protein powder
teaspoon unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder (optional)
a few spoonfuls
soy or coconut yogurt
- chop + blend the ingredients. peel the beet and chop into small pieces. halve strawberries, if large. pit the date. add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- serve! place a dollop of yogurt on the bottom of each glass. pour the smoothie in, add more yogurt on top and swirl using a skewer or a knife. top with some extra cocoa or cacao powder and enjoy!
