Author Notes

This began with a Martha Stewart recipe for no-churn peach sherbet that uses only two ingredients: peeled, sliced and frozen peaches and condensed milk. Since I'd discovered vegan condensed milk and am always on the prowl for vegan treats, I was happy to find that recipe. I was still happier after I messed around with it, amped up the flavor, and made what turned into peach creamsicle deliciousness. —louisez
