ears of corn, shucked and quartered

old bay seasoning + extra paprika (optional)

potatoes, cut into 1.5 inch chunks

bunch parsley, roughly chopped
Directions

preheat oven to 400. boil water and add salt. add potatoes and cook 5 minutes. add corn and cook another 2 minutes. remove, drain and add to a large bowl

add garlic and old bay to melted butter. add the shrimp to the bowl with the veg and toss everything with the butter/seasoning.

pour everything onto a sheet pan in one layer. put in the oven for 12-15 minutes, turning once.

to serve, top with the parsley and lemon
