Author Notes: A super fast, delicious and healthy wrap using deli meat, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, lettuce, feta cheese, and pesto mayo. Perfect for lunches, or a "no cook" dinner! —Dash of Amy
Prep time: 5 min
garden herb tortillas (burrito size)
tablespoons pesto sauce
sliced roasted red peppers
kalamata olives, halved
tablespoons feta cheese
romaine lettuce leaves
thin slices of deli chicken (or turkey)
- In a small bowl mix together the mayo and the pesto.
- Spread pesto mayo all over the bottom of each tortilla.
- Top with romaine lettuce, sliced meat, roasted peppers, olives, and feta.
- Roll it up tightly, and wrap with foil to keep it together. Slice in half, and enjoy!
