Greek Chicken Wraps

A super fast, delicious and healthy wrap using deli meat, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, lettuce, feta cheese, and pesto mayo. Perfect for lunches, or a "no cook" dinner! —Dash of Amy

  • Prep time 5 minutes
  • Makes 2
  • 2 garden herb tortillas (burrito size)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 4-6 sliced roasted red peppers
  • 8-10 kalamata olives, halved
  • 1-2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • 4-6 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 5-6 thin slices of deli chicken (or turkey)
In This Recipe
  1. In a small bowl mix together the mayo and the pesto.
  2. Spread pesto mayo all over the bottom of each tortilla.
  3. Top with romaine lettuce, sliced meat, roasted peppers, olives, and feta.
  4. Roll it up tightly, and wrap with foil to keep it together. Slice in half, and enjoy!
