Author Notes: Taiwanese avocados are essential for this dip. Twice to three times the size of their Mexican hass counterparts, they are thin skinned and flush with juicy green flesh. Choose a soft one with a deep colour that seems heavy for its size. —Darice Dan Chang
Prep time: 10 min
teaspoon Lemon juice
Cumin spice mix
Curry spice mix
Salt and Pepper to taste
teaspoons Refined Coconut Oil (Optional)
teaspoons Toasted Black Sesame Seeds
- Halve and peel the Taiwanese avocado, reserving only the flesh.
