Crab and Avocado Tostadas

Ingredients

Crab and Avocado Salad

  • 1 pound Lump crab meat, or jumbo lump if its pay day
  • 2 Diced avocados
  • 1/2 cup Thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup Roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1/3 cup Fresh lime juice and zest of one lime
  • 1 tablespoon Finely diced Jalapeno
  • Tostadas

Chipotles Sour Cream

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle chili powder

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream and chipotle chili powder, let sit for at least 30 minutes
  2. Combine all ingredients for the crab and avocado salad in a mixing bowl, let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Scoop the salad onto the tostadas, you should be able to get 6-8 tostadas depending on size. Drizzle sour cream over tostadas.
