Ingredients

15-ounce can low-sodium or no salt added chickpeas

2 tablespoons
low-sodium soy sauce or tamari

2 tablespoons
tahini

1 tablespoon
maple syrup

1 teaspoon
smoked paprika or paprika

1 teaspoon
liquid smoke

clove garlic, minced
Directions

Place all ingredients into food processor and blend for 30 seconds. Stop and scrape down sides and bottom of container. Blend for another 30 seconds or until smooth.

If it's too thick, add 1 Tbsp. of water at a time until you get desired consistency.

Eat with sliced veggies, crackers, or toasted whole grain bread.
