Prep time: 2 hrs
bunches green onion
fresh lemon juice
tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Just to cover the top add clean drinking water - 1/4 inch to cover the surface with
- Soak the buckwheat for 2 hours or overnight until the buckwheat has absorbed all of the water.
- Add all of the chopped herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, and olive oil. Combine all together and serve!
