Raw buckwheat salad super refreshing and energizing! —Bronte Boyadzhyan

Ingredients
  • 2 cups buckwheat
  • 4-5 bunches Mint
  • 8 bunches cilantro
  • 3 bunches green onion
  • 8 bunches dill
  • 1 fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions
  1. Just to cover the top add clean drinking water - 1/4 inch to cover the surface with
  2. Soak the buckwheat for 2 hours or overnight until the buckwheat has absorbed all of the water.
  3. Add all of the chopped herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, and olive oil. Combine all together and serve!
