Ingredients
  • 1 package softened cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons oregano, reserve 1 tsp for topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 medium-sized yellow tomato
  • 1 medium-sized red tomato
  • 1 package Stonefire Naan Minis
  • 4 basil leaves for topping
Directions
  1. Mix 1 package cream cheese, 1 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp salt & pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add lemon juice and mix again until thoroughly blended.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture on Naan and top with sliced red and yellow tomatoes.
  4. Top tomatoes with 1 tsp oregano and dash salt and pepper.
  5. Add basil leaf on the side of each naan. Serve immediately.
