Cook time: 5 min

  • 6 Brussel Sprouts
  • .5 Avocado
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Berbere
  • 1 teaspoon Pomegranate Molasses
  • .5 teaspoons kosher salt
  1. Thinly slice the brussel sprouts, cut the avocado into cubes and place these in a bowl with the blueberries.
  2. Whisk the berbere, salt, pomegranate molasses and olive oil.
  3. Pour on the salad, toss and serve.
