Brussel Sprouts

Avocado

1 cup
Blueberries

2 tablespoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 teaspoon
Berbere
-
1 teaspoon
Pomegranate Molasses

.5 teaspoons
kosher salt
Directions

Thinly slice the brussel sprouts, cut the avocado into cubes and place these in a bowl with the blueberries.

Whisk the berbere, salt, pomegranate molasses and olive oil.

Pour on the salad, toss and serve.
