Apple Cider Vinegar

Lemon Juice (Preferably from organic lemons)

Dr. Berg's Wheat Grass (raw juice powder)

Keto Friendly lemon flavored electrolytes (Dr. Berg's or Ultimas both work great)

Cod Liver Oil

Hemp Oil (Optional)

1 pinch
Pink salt

Cream of Tartar (Optional)
