This drink is perfect for those on the ketogenic diet, those who have digestive/ gallbladder issues, or just anyone who wants to make sure that they are fueling their bodies with clean, sugar-free, wholesome foods. —Daniela

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (Preferably from organic lemons)
  • 1 teaspoon Dr. Berg's Wheat Grass (raw juice powder)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Keto Friendly lemon flavored electrolytes (Dr. Berg's or Ultimas both work great)
  • 1 teaspoon Cod Liver Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Hemp Oil (Optional)
  • 1 pinch Pink salt
  • 1 pinch Cream of Tartar (Optional)
  • 2 drops Lemon stevia, or any other liquid artificial sweetener (Optional)
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients into a bottle with a lid, shake well, add ice, and enjoy!
