Ingredients
  • 20 grams cheddar cheese
  • 20 grams parmesan cheese
  • 20 grams stilton blue cheese
  • 2 pieces sourdough bread
  • 5 grams fresh chives
  • 20 grams butter
Directions
  1. Preheat pan on the stove. Butter both sides of the the 2 slices of sourdough bread.
  2. Sprinkle one piece of bread with 3 cheeses and chives. Close sandwich and place onto hot pan
  3. Press down with a spatula and cook until crispy and golden (about 2 minutes). Flip toast and cook on the other side for the same amount of time.
