Bananas....good! Avocados....good! Hemp...good! All combined into a slightly sweet paleo loaf that tastes exactly like a decadent banana bread!? SO GOOOOOD! —Fam to Table

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Brown Rice Flour / Paleo Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cup
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 perfectly avocado (not brown!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut / almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia
  • 2 tablespoons flax
  • 2 eggs
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375F
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Blend well (with electric mixer, if possible)
  3. Line loaf pan with baking paper. Spoon the batter into the dish and bake for about 60 minutes.
