Grilled Haloumi Quiche

Inspired by my trip to Cyprus, where the people live and breath Haloumi. A perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner food. Recipe @kindlyketogenic —Sev

  • Prep time 15 minutes
  • Cook time 30 minutes
  • Serves 6
Ingredients
  • 5 Free Range Eggs
  • 1 cup Grated Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Finely chopped red capsicum
  • 1 Finley sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup Cubed Haloumi cheese
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour in a baking tray.
  3. Place in oven. Cook for 30 mins on 180 degrees celsius (or until golden brown)
