A simple, moist, and delicious corn muffin recipe from scratch. The honey provides a tasty sweetness. Great plain or with butter. Perfect for Thanksgiving. —Dash of Amy
Ingredients

all purpose flour

1 cup
cup organic cornmeal

1/4 cup
organic sugar

1 tablespoon
baking powder

1/2 teaspoon
salt

1 cup
organic half and half

1/4 cup
olive oil

1/3 cup
honey

eggs, beaten
Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and whisk until combined.

Fill muffin tins about 2/3 from the top.

Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
