  • Prep time 5 minutes
  • Cook time 4 hours
  • Serves 6
  • 4-5 Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Chicken Bone Broth
  • Pinch Salt and Pepper
In This Recipe
  1. Remove chicken from packaging and place in a single layer in a crockpot.
  2. Add the seasonings evenly over the chicken breasts.
  3. Pour the broth over the chicken until it is just covering the chicken.
  4. Place the lid on top and cook on high for 4 hours.
  5. Once done shredded the chicken and either serve immediately or place in containers for future use.

I have a silly question (I am clearly not a cook) - can I use frozen chicken breasts? Or do they need to thaw first?

I personally have never tried it with frozen chicken. However, it shouldn't be an issue! I would possibly reduce the liquid and increase the cook time.
