This is a perfect addition to any holiday dinner! This parsnip mash will have you forgetting about the mashed potatoes! It is also paleo-friendly for everyone to enjoy. —Sara

What You'll Need
  • 2 packets Parsnips (8-10 total)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Have a pot of water, seasoned with salt, and brought to a boil.
  2. Wash, peel, and cube the parsnips.
  3. Add in the ghee and seasoning and blend until incorporated.
  4. Serve immediately or store in a glass container.
