This is a perfect addition to any holiday dinner! This parsnip mash will have you forgetting about the mashed potatoes! It is also paleo-friendly for everyone to enjoy. —Sara
Ingredients

2 packets
Parsnips (8-10 total)

1 tablespoon
Garlic Ghee

1 teaspoon
Rosemary

Salt and Pepper
Directions

Have a pot of water, seasoned with salt, and brought to a boil.

Wash, peel, and cube the parsnips.

Add in the ghee and seasoning and blend until incorporated.

Serve immediately or store in a glass container.
