Ingredients

2 pounds
ground dark meat turkey or chicken

1/2
onion, grated

stalks celery, finely chopped

med carrot, grated

1 teaspoon
Emeril's Essence

1 teaspoon
dried oregano
-
1
clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon
paprika

2 tablespoons
ketchup
Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with all remaining ingredients except ketchup, using hands to fully distribute spices throughout mixture.

Form into 1/4-pound oval mounds and place on a parchment-lined, rimmed baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until thermometer reads 165°F.

Remove from oven and brush ketchup over tops of loaves. Return to oven and broil briefly until ketchup bubbles and sets.
