Wildly fun to look at, and also delicious, this filling pairs matcha with sweet white chocolate to balance out the earthiness of the green tea. —Posie (Harwood) Brien

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons matcha
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 10 ounces white chocolate
Directions
  1. In a double boiler, or in the microwave, melt together the cream and white chocolate. Stir in the matcha until smooth.

I think this recipe is a real changer. Love, love the taste. But it needs to cool down completely to use it, otherwise it is to runny to use.

Why did mine turn out runny. It’s very watery. What did I do wrong?
