Utilize antioxidant-rich, high fiber and nutrient-dense blueberry powder to boost smoothies. Blueberry powder is shelf stable, perfect for travel or anytime you do not have fresh or frozen blueberries on hand.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (rinsed)
- 1 tablespoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh kale (rinsed)
- 2/3 cup almond milk
