Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (rinsed)
  • 1 tablespoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh kale (rinsed)
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
