A delicious new drink created in collaboration with Eric Bemis (aka pourfarmer.com) of the Chuckanut Manor using both our Cold Pressed Juice and Heirloom Powder. Give it a try! —Bow Hill Blueberries

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 2 1/2 ounces Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Juice
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • white of one egg
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange flower water
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • Splash of soda water
  • 1 dash Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients except soda to cocktail shaker filled 3/4 with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into sniffer.
  4. Add splash of soda water.
  5. Top foam with line of blueberry powder.
  6. Garnish with orange twist and blueberries on skewer.
