cups 100% pomegranate juice
tablespoon Pomegranate Syrup
ounces Prosecco or other sparkling white wine
fresh pomegranate arils/seeds
- Add the juice to a large saucepan and set it over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until it reduces to a syrup, about 2 hours. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
- Add the Pomegranate Syrup to a champagne flute or coupe, then pour in the sparkling wine and float in a few pomegranate arils.
