Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounces Reposado Tequila (optional)
  • 2 ounces Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Juice
  • 1/2 ounce white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 slice jalapeño
  • 2 slice cucumber
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder, for rim
  • Soda water
Directions
  1. Mix blueberry powder and salt, then rim glass.
  2. Muddle jalapeno, mint leaves and one slice of cucumber in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add juice and vinegar, stir and pour into glass.
  4. Fill glass with ice and top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with other cucumber slice and mint leaf.
