Okra, washed, dried and thinly sliced
tablespoons Cooking oil
tablespoon Coconut milk
teaspoons Chili powder
In This Recipe
- Heat the cooking oil and fry the Okra till they turn dark and crisp. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, coconut milk, salt, and chili powder.
- Just before serving, scatter the okra over the yogurt mixture, fold once and serve.
