Okra, washed, dried and thinly sliced

Cooking oil

Yogurt

Coconut milk

Directions

Heat the cooking oil and fry the Okra till they turn dark and crisp. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, coconut milk, salt, and chili powder.

Just before serving, scatter the okra over the yogurt mixture, fold once and serve.
