Easy Okra Raita

A delicious non-gooey way to eat okra!

Ingredients

  • 6 Okra, washed, dried and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • .5 teaspoons Chili powder

Directions

  1. Heat the cooking oil and fry the Okra till they turn dark and crisp. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, coconut milk, salt, and chili powder.
  3. Just before serving, scatter the okra over the yogurt mixture, fold once and serve.
